What if the seller won't ship to you?卖家不肯寄给你们怎么办？
Most will, once the address is in China and the buyer has paid. We give you a one-line message to send. If they still refuse, route the parcel through your existing agent's warehouse and we can collect it there (quoted separately).多数卖家会，只要地址在中国、货款已付。我们给你一句话术。如果仍然拒绝，可以把货发到你现有 agent 的仓库，我们可以去那里取（费用另计）。
What happens if I don't want it?我不想要了怎么办？
We return it to the domestic return address the seller gave us. The refund itself is between you and the seller — we can't force it. That's exactly why the report matters: it gives you dated, verifiable evidence for the claim.我们退回卖家提供的国内退货地址。退款本身是你和卖家之间的事，我们无法强制。这也正是报告的价值：它给你一份带日期、可验证的证据去主张权利。
